SNES - Playstation prototype found after 25 years

Okay, I wasn't completely off course, but I did read on it this morning.
Heat is a factor in the yellowing process (sunlight included) but it is more a sort of "rust" due to some of the flame retardant chemicals and poor mixing processes at the time. Explains why I never saw much of it personally, my stuff always stayed in the dark, or maybe I just happen to get the good ones.
Still say, in the end the "prototype" flag will justify almost anything though, which would make it next to impossible to prove fake.

The only true wisdom is knowing you know nothing.
