==== Description ====

The Sprint Shoes relic allows to walk faster in towns and dungeons.
Unfortunately, one relic slot must be wasted to activate this effect.

This patch sets the walking speed to the value used by the Sprint Shoes effect.
It is automatic and doesn’t need activation by the B button. The walking speed
is set with or without the Sprint Shoes relic.
